Wanna work your ABS without getting down on the ground? Then this is your HIIT workout! We’ve got a handful of tough low impact STANDING ABS exercises, designed to strengthen and tone your ABS + OBLIQUES.
We’re working in every plane of motion to firm up your core and strengthen your belly with functional exercises. And it all takes just ten minutes!
SET UP:
HIIT timer is set for 30 seconds of work and just 10 seconds of rest; repeat the circuit 2x
