We’re working in every plane of motion to firm up your core and strengthen your belly with functional exercises. And it all takes just ten minutes!
HIIT timer is set for 30 seconds of work and just 10 seconds of rest; repeat the circuit 2x
High Knees with a Twist (one interval on each side)
