Stretching creates long, functional muscles, helps you recover faster, and makes your body more resistant to injuries. These are 10 easy stretches anyone can do and will target your lower body, hips, quads, hamstrings, upper body, improve the mobility of your spine, and lengthen your spine. Many of these stretches can help to lessen your back pain.
