We’re all about WEIGHT LOSS today with a beautifully moderate LOW IMPACT CARDIO and WEIGHTS workout. This super efficient and effective routine will get your heart rate up and help you develop lean muscle tone – both of which can help you on your weight loss journey!

We’re all LOW IMPACT (no jumping) today, with no transitions to the ground and there’s a warm up and cool down included.

SET UP:
HIIT timer is set for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Complete each exercise for two intervals before moving on.
