If you’re looking for fast-paced and FUN cardio HIIT workout with an ABS + obliques focus that doesn’t require any floor work, you’ve come to the right place! This full cardio abs class has a warm up, a cool down and plenty of sweat in between.

We’re getting our heart rate up to burn fat and calories, while whittling our middles with crunch-free ab-centric exercises. This no equipment workout routine is great for weight loss and fat loss, and all the exercises are done while standing up!

SET UP:
HIIT timer is set for 20-second intervals; complete each “stepstool” like a ladder, twice
