My friends, this low impact CARDIO HIIT + STANDING ABS workout is simple, but that doesn’t mean we won’t get sweaty! Designed for beginners with no transitions to the ground, no jumping, no squatting and no equipment needed, we’re working on cardiovascular health, endurance, and core strength in a perfect 30 minute package.
This Thorough Thursday workout includes a warm up, a cool down and lots of sweat in between!
SET UP:
HIIT timer is set for 15-second intervals; do one exercise then rest, relentlessly; complete the CARDIO circuit twice before moving on to the standing abs. For STANDING ABS, do each exercise for two intervals (30 seconds) before resting; no repeat
