After we get our CARDIO on, we’re coming down to the ground for a handful of Physical Therapist-approved CORE TRAINING exercises and STRETCHES that can help you achieve permanent sciatica pain relief.
This workout (especially the core strength finisher) is safe enough to do DAILY while you work through your sciatica pain.
Timer is set for 30-second intervals; complete the cardio circuit 3x; complete the core strength exercises approximately 10x each; hold each cool down stretch about 30 seconds
