WALKING with light dumbbells workouts like this one are fantastic for improving your heart health, strengthening your bones, weight loss and overall body toning. It’s a fast and efficient way to work your whole body while having FUN!

Warm up and cool down are included, there are no transitions to the ground and no floor work.

The timer is set for one minute, and Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM), we’ll do five reps of the exercises listed below. Between exercises, we are WALKING or MARCHING
