What Should Your Exercise Schedule Look Like?
I always recommend that you start out slowly and increase your exercise as you progress along your fitness journey. Balance training can be taxing, so it’s best to ease into your full routine in stages. Start with two to three sessions per week. You can add in another session each week until you reach a full daily routine.
