Exercising doesn’t have to take a lot of time to produce results! This less than 10 minute HIIT workout for men is a time-efficient workout that utilizes bodyweight HIIT strength training for beginners. You don’t need a lot of equipment for high-intensity interval training for fat loss at home. This is a no-equipment HIIT workout, all you need is your bodyweight. This workout will boost your metabolism and help you build muscle. You may know this as a Tabata training session, which is traditionally 4 minutes long, but we have modified it to make the workout 6 minutes long. 6min HIIT Bodyweight Strength Training Workout
(2:49) Air Squats (20 sec, then 10 sec of rest)
(3:29) Push-ups (20 sec, then 10 sec of rest)
(4:14) Mountain Climbers (20 sec, then 10 sec of rest)
**Repeat this cycle 4 times to complete your 6min workout**
