As you might already know, LOW IMPACT (no jumping) cardio workouts are totally my jam?, and today we’ve got a quick-moving, MODERATE routine that is a true smorgasbord? of all my fun favorite moves!

We’re getting sweaty at a speed that’s manageable and leaves us with plenty of ENERGY at the end, not to mention a sense of real ACCOMPLISHMENT?!

During the workout, we’re chatting about how to create energy? for yourself and why working on STAMINA, like we are today, is so important for HEALTHY AGING.

This just-right workout is ideal for us women of a “certain age” who are working toward our WEIGHT LOSS goal, so let’s go!
