Halloween is right around the corner, so we put together this Halloween HIIT workout for men over 40 to help give your body a little metabolism boost. We don’t want those Snickers bars to become a permanent “costume addition” on your midsection. Circuit training workouts don’t take up a lot of your time and can easily be done from home. Lean Halloween HIIT Workout
20 Monster squats
10 Push-ups with plank hold
10 Kettlebell/Dumbbell swings
10 One-arm rows
Level 1 (Trick or Treater): 2 Sets
Level 2 (Crime-Fighter): 3-4 Sets
Level 3 (Superhero): 5 Sets
** Pro Tip #1: do all of these exercises without rest. Only rest between sets.
