It’s a beautifully MODERATE workout today, with super fun CARDIO TONING stepstools! We’re getting our heart rate up, boosting our metabolism and building long, lean muscle tone with our lightest dumbbells.
This low impact (no jumping!) workout fits just right in our body shaping program, emphasizing muscle and cardio endurance, with plenty of core strengthening balance work, too.
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete one more exercise in the stepstool each round; ascend and descend the stepstool before moving on
