SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 40 seconds and 20 seconds; on the first round we’re WALKING for the longer interval, on the second round we’re doing LOW IMPACT CARDIO exercises for the longer interval; complete two rounds; there is NO REST

Chicken Wing Side Kicks
Reach Across and Crunch
