We’re back in action (moderately!) with everybody’s favorite – low impact WALKING with WEIGHTS! It’s the perfect sweat, with no jumping and no transitions to the ground.

Cardio toning workouts like this one are terrific for building both lean muscle and cardiovascular endurance. It’s a super efficient and effective way to work. So grab your lightest dumbbells and let’s GO!

Interval timer is set for 30-second intervals; alternate between WALKING and other low impact cardio exercises; repeat the circuit twice
