We’ve got a fantastic MODERATE weights workout today that’s perfect for building strong muscles and bones, while challenging our balance, too!

We’re all strength, all the time today with no cardio, no jumping, no transitions to the ground and plenty of single-sided, single-leg work. And of course there’s a warm up and cool down, too!

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete the circuit twice

WARM UP

Bent Over Row with Triceps Kickback
Squat with Side Kicks
Peek a Boo Side Steps
Triangles
Drinky Birds
Step Back Side Raises
Twisting Ys
Sumo Squats
