We’re all strength, all the time today with no cardio, no jumping, no transitions to the ground and plenty of single-sided, single-leg work. And of course there’s a warm up and cool down, too!
Interval timer is set for 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete the circuit twice
High Knee Front Punch
Bent Over Row with Triceps Kickback
Squat with Side Kicks
Peek a Boo Side Steps
Step Back Side Raises
Bent Over Flys
Side Kick Curls
