This video features exercises used by old school bodybuilders like Frank Zane. These ab exercises can help add stability to your core and help your waist look smaller over time. Our old school workout plan for your core can be done at home with minimal equipment. Do this workout 2-3 times per week on top of your regular workouts to strengthen your core. As you do it more often, you should be able to increase your reps and hold time, or even do the circuit multiple times.
