Today’s workout features a wonderful recipe? for greater overall fitness with a workout that combines a tad of WALKING, a dash of LOW IMPACT CARDIO, and just a pinch of STANDING ABS! It’s like a perfect “casserole” of brain/body ?/??♀️connection work!
My friends, we’re serving up fast-moving triplets today that feature walking??♀️, a low impact cardio? move, and a standing??♀️ ab exercise. The moves are challenging, but highly doable. And did I mention that we’re having FUN??
While we’re WALKING today, we’re chatting about how this basic exercise can form the foundation of an effective exercise regimen (it did for me!). I share how my fitness journey gave me an understanding of realistic FITNESS RESULTS I could expect with walking, and the key? ingredient to effective WEIGHT LOSS.
