Here we are, at the final PUSH DAY of the Body Shaping series, and yes, it’s going to be a PUSH. ?

We’re building muscle strength, power and stamina with a simple but challenging weight lifting protocol, using complex exercises for an efficient workout that works every part of our miraculous bodies.
