We’ve got a variety of SIMPLE MOVES today that offer a thorough body-shaping workout that’s slow?, controlled, and ABSOLUTELY DOABLE – even for beginners. (If you feel like a fish? out of water with strength workouts, you’re in the right place✅!)
This routine is done at a pace that allows us to really pay attention to form, an important aspect of staying STRONG and INJURY-FREE as we age.
Moderate strength workouts like this have so many benefits, and of course I’m chatting about some of them today and how I’ve come to appreciate the importance of picking up heavy things even though I’m a cardio? girl? at heart!
