It’s estimated that up to 80% of people will experience low back pain in their lifetime. If you are experiencing low back pain, we first recommend that you go see a doctor to properly diagnose what is going on. We’ll show you how to get rid of lower back pain as best as you can from home. This video will provide you with ways to strengthen your lower back muscles, mobilize your spine, and low back pain stretches to reduce your back pain.

There are 3 steps when it comes to the spine. First, you want to mobilize the spine and create blood flow, allowing the spine to regenerate and heal over time. This can be done with a few simple back exercises like the Cat-Cow and Vacuum Glute Bridge. Second, you want to strengthen your back muscles and the surrounding muscles. This can be done with Good Mornings, Bird Dogs, RKC Planks, and Glutes Bridges. Finally, you need to do some low back stretching. Good stretches for the lower back include Child’s Pose, Pigeon Pose, and Psoas Stretch.
