Find out how to stay young and healthy forever by adding this traditional yoga to your daily routine. Most of these 5 Rites involve the flexing and extending of the spine. As we get older, we are sitting a lot more. Keeping a mobile spine is essential for our long term health. This is not just an exercise routine, but a moving meditation. It decreases your stress levels and helps to clear your mind.

The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation:
(1:58) Spinning with your Arms Outstretched
(2:55) J-Sit
(3:48) Arching
(5:00) Tabletop
(6:07) Upward Dog and Downward Dog

The goal is to build up to be able to do 21 reps of each of the 5 Rites.
If you are healthy and fit, you can start with 3 reps of each Rite per day. (If not, you can start with 1 rep per Rite)

** Pro Tip: Add 2 reps per rite each week until you are doing 21 reps per rite.
