The Pyramix 10 is an energy boost workout and proven metabolism booster. It will help you lose weight and have more energy after working out. This increase your metabolism workout is simple and only requires dumbbells or kettlebells and 7 feet of floor space.

Pyramix 10 Workout [Metabolic Workout for Beginners]
#1 – Swing (Kettlebell or Dumbbell)
#2 – Squat (Kettlebells or Dumbbells)
#3 – Overhead Shoulder Press
#4 – Pull (Row)
#5 – Pushups

Start the first set by doing one rep of each exercise. The second set will be two reps of each exercise until you finish your 10th and final set with 10 reps. Rest 45-60 seconds between each set.

** Pro Tip #1: Only rest between sets, not between exercises.

** Pro Tip #2: You can do all of these exercises with kettlebells or dumbbells, depending on what’s available for you
