In this video, you’ll learn the perfect skull crusher form. We’ll teach you the proper form for EZ bar, straight bar, and dumbbell skull crushers. Skullcrushers are a great exercise to add to the end of your arm or triceps workout. It is very important to use a weight that is light enough to maintain the proper form throughout the exercise. When learning how to do skull crushers, make sure the motion is coming from the elbow joint.

**Pro Tip: Do higher reps (8-20) for 3 sets
